Essay

An object consists of mandates and verdicts of the Ukrainian peasantry to the І Gosudarstvennaya Duma. The purpose is an analysis of the mandates and verdicts to the І Gosudarstvennaya as complex of sources to reconstruction of political ideals in structure of public consciousness of the Ukrainian peasantry during the first Russian revolution. Methods are content-analysis, which helps to present public consciousness of the Ukrainian peasantry as original system; historical comparative, which permits to understand common and various between two same systems; principle of classification of sources by their data form according to conditions of the diplomatic analysis. The features social origin, condition of drawing up of the orders and specificity of their data form are examined. A determining role of political (external) influence at drawing up of verdicts, and its absence in the country applications are emphasized. The content-analysis of the mandates and verdicts of the Ukrainian peasantry is carriedout. The interrelations between elements of system of public consciousness of the Ukrainian peasants are determined. The structure of consciousness represents two subsystems, which specify precise delimitation of direct country needs with the political requirements in structure of country consciousness. Doubtless there is that fact, that the political requirements can not be considered country; the role of peasantry consist only in processing the introduced from the outside political categories. The features of political ideals of the Ukrainian peasantry are determined on the basis of the comparative analysis of systems of public consciousness of the Ukrainian and Russian peasants. This analysis specifies the fact they are the same from the point of view of existence of two almost separate groups, which contain accordingly "traditional" and political categories. However structure of consciousness of the Ukrainian peasantry specifies that the Ukrainian peasants divide agrarian and political aspirations, than Russian, more precisely.
