Object - the patients with alcoholic liver diseases (ALD) The work is devoted to the study of characteristics of cardiohemodynamics and metabolic disturbances in patients with alcoholic liver disease as well as the problems of working out rational differential therapy aimed at restoration of the functional state of the liver and improvement of hemodynamic parameters and myocardium contractility in these patients and improve methods of pathogenesis therapy. Methods:biochemical, immunoassay, enzyme multiplied immunoassay, radioimmuno-assay, morphological, sonography. Theoretical and practical value: chronic alcoholic hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver are characterized by disturbances of functional state of the cardiovascular system which depend of the degree of severity and activity of the pathological process in the liver, changes in the state of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant protection, cellular and humoral immunity, hormonal disturbances. Administration of Essentiale-N with Hofitol and ATP inchronic alcoholic hepatitis as well as Essentiale-N, Hofitol, ATP and Enap-N in alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver allows to increase the efficacy of treatment with improvement of the functional state of hepatocytes, indices of metabolic processes in the organism, improve the central hemodynamics and myocardium contractility in these patients. Application: gastroenterology
