Kurman O. The methods of the investigation of swinding with financial resources

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of the principles of the investigation of swindling with financial resources. The structural elements of criminalistic reference of the given type of crimes (mode of a crime, circumstances and typical traces of a crime, identity of a criminal) are underlined and considered in the work. There exists a detailed description of the crimes. The peculiarities of the preliminary stage of the investigation of swindling with financial resources are being examined. The main of them are: the organization and planning of the work of investigators and efficient subdivisions, standart situations, investigation versions, which are being appeared on the given stage of investigation, specific character of the necessary preliminary actions of the investigators, tactical operations. The main provisions of the researches of the dissertation have found their application in the activities of the investigation and efficient workers of the Ministry of the Interior of Ukraine.
