Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solving of scientific and technical problem regarding the intensification of fuel injection into diesel engine cylinder at lowered frequencies crank-shaft rotations - at partial velocity operation and at no-load operation stroke that makes it possible to increase the operational fuel efficiency of die-sel engines. Continuous control method of camshaft rotation angu-lar velocity of high-pressure fuel pump is introduced at plunger active stroke sections by means of installation of a new structural element into the serial fuel pump drive - the so-called - controlled drive, providing plunger linear velocity regulation. The test results of the high-pressure fuel pump of the diesel engine, equipped by the controlled drive are shown on the stands. The results of the investigation have been sent to be implemented in KrAZ, Ukrauto-busprom. Diesel building.
