Essay

Nanopowders of TiN, Si3N4, AlN has been investigated. The purpose of activity was research of legitimacies of structure formation for nanocomposites based on high-melting nitrides (TiN, Si3N4, AlN) under rate-controlled sintering processes; analysis of their mechanical, electrical properties and behaviours under mode of heat deformation. Methods: BET, Auger and IRSРФА, SEM HRTEM etc. New regimes of RCS and heat treatment has been developed. Processes were used by "INVATEH" to produce cutting tools.
