Essay

The patients with partial posstraumatic aniridia. To increase tfficacy of treatment of the partial posttraumatic aniridia with the help of modified model of carbon-covered lavsan iridoprosthesis. Methods of investigation are ophthalmologic. On discharge from the in patient department the visual acuity increased to 0.3 and over in implantation of carbon-covered iridoprostheses in 87,5% of patients versus 57,1% of patients without carbon covering. The method was intraduced into practice of ophalmological centres "Microsurgery of the eye". The sphere of application is medicine, ophthalmology.
