Essay

The thesis is directed on the research of non-standard hydro-mechanical processes of condensation, division of crushed ore and dewatering of concentrates and developing of physical-technical basis of technology of alluvial deposits working up by means of gravitational methods of mineral raw material concentration. Non-standard gravitational models for processes of crushed ore condensation in condensed funnels and spray dibholes and dewatering of concentrates on the belt vacuum-filters are suggested. Single-bed and two-layers models of irregular crushed ore flow along the surface of cone separator are created. The worked out dynamic models allow to determine coefficients of strengthening of hydro-dynamic parameters at the output of the devices in case of their disturbance at the input and therefore to adjust the work of different devices in consecutive technological succession, that positively has affect on the stability of ore-dressing indices. The subsystem of energy saving of technologies of workingup alluvial deposits is developed.
