The object is energy- and resource-saving black metals enameling technologies; the aims - elaboration principles from slip two-coat / one-firing for wares from sheet steel reception; the methods are included standard physic-chemical methods complex and mathematical processing of experimental data; novelty - the forming features of two-coat / one-firing coatings from slips without high-voltage electric fields use for sheet steel are established; the first time a factors complex, stipulating "Combismalt" quality are formulated; conditions gas-defects prevention are established; a ground wet strengthening mechanism in presence of soluble polyphosphate glass is established; a forming mechanism of two-coat / one-firing "Combismalt" coatings and their adherence with low-alloy steel is established; results - low-melting glass-frit synthesized for two-layer coating reception; viscosity calculation method are specified; trials in industrial conditions on an experimental batch of workpieces; the field is blackmetals enameling process
