Jreij G. Rise of quality effectiveness of Air Transportation Services

Dissertation is devoted to research of quality forming peculiarities of specific services production appearance and, in particular, Air Transportation Services. Analytic survey of foreign and home researches, devoted to quality problem and to its effectiveness has been targeted in this work and offers further development of theoretical and methodical questions of forming integral quality services. Research in the field of services particularities including Air Transportation, allow us to elaborate and to systematize the basic quality parameters of Air Transportation services, and also to define the relation of diverse groups of Air passengers to these parameters. The research is based on Lebanees Air Transportation System. We have analyzed the tendencies volume changes in Air Cargo in contact of the influences of services quality in organizing the Nation's Air Transport, its dynamics and passengers behavior. We have included the quality of consumption of integral service quality in the stimulation of integral services quality. The cost of quality includes: -loss of consumers and service producers. Dynamically adapted behavior model of Air passengers, and system for their adherence to services of specific companies is instrumental in rise of quality effectiveness of Air Transportation services.
