Essay

Is investigated an energy- saving technological process of the complex rafining of pig-iron in a ladle with simultaneous deep removal of silicon and sulfur, use both the modernized blowing devices and installations for technology realization. The researches are executed with use of the advanced technique on installation of high-temperature modeling. The authentic information concerning physic-chemical, gas-dynamical and heat-mass exchanging processes by the processes in the both simple and two-chamber ladles for the first time is received.
