Chuba P. Course of viral hepatitis in drug abusers

The object is course of parenteral viral hepaititis; the aims - on the base of study of course of viral hepatitis in drug abusers in depend of kind of drug and duration of drug abuse to develop medicative tactician of drug abusers with viral hepatitis and possible criteria that help to reveal masked drug abusers among patients with viral hepatitis; the methods are clinical, biochemical, serological, instrumental methods; newness - complex study of effects of different factors on course of viral hepatitis in drug abusers are conducted first (aetiology viral hepatitis, kind of drug, duration of drug abuse), similarity and differences in dependence of leading harmful factor are determined; results - peculiarities of medicative tactician of drug abusers with viral hepatitis are determinated, conclusion about necessity of creation of particularized department for hospitalization of such category of patients was made, possible criteria that help to reveal masked drug abusers among patients with viral hepatitis are proposed; on the ground of obtained results first in Ukraine particularized department for hospitalization of such category of patients was made.
