Objekt - composite ceramics of TiN-AlN system of high - performance and anti- friction application. Purpose - study of structure, phase composition, phyzical-mechanical, tribological, corrosionand service properties of composite materials of TiN-AlN system for friction pairs wiht high corrosion - and- wear - resistance. Method - XRD- analisys, SEM, XRD, HV,Kc, TG, DTA . New aspects - in first the physical - mechanical properties of composites pointed out were studied in connection wiht stress - deformation state; the tribological characteristics of " TiN-AlN -steel" pair were obtained in air medium at high temperatures and loads; in first the kinetics and mechanism of high - temperature oxidation of TiN-AlN samples were studied (up to 1500 o C). The materials of TiN-AlN system were recommended for industrial application due to their high mechanical and exploitation characteristics. The technological card and instruction for these materials manufacturing werepresented. The sphere of materials use : carbon mines, mining - enriching plants of Donetsk and other regions (Ukraine, FSU contries)
