Essay

In the thesis are searched relations that become apparent in connection with administrative-jurisdictional activity of the court in the sphere of the activity of the administrative-jurisdictional organs. It has a considerable specificity which is explained by the fact, in the first instance, the court is an organ of justice and this defines its special place among mentioned above administrative-jurisdictional organs. The recommendations concerning the improvement of the administrative-delictual legislation and legislation that regulate the court system of Ukraine as well as some propositions concerning regulation of administrative-jurisdictional activity of the court are offered in the thesis.
