Essay

The patients with generalized periodontitis, experimental animal, lecithine-antioxidant complex (LAC). To raise efficiency of treatment periodontitis on the basis development of methods of correction of infringements peroxidation of lipids and activity of PhLA2 in periodontal tissues. The mechanism of action of PhLA2 is investigated. It's created "phospholipase" model. It's developed and tested LAC. The applications of the LAC raises efficiency and reduces terms of treatment of generalized periodontitis.
