3.The patients with neovascularized leucomas. To increase the efficacy of treatment of patients with neovascularized leucomas by preventing immunological corneal graft rejection after penetrating high-risk keratoplasty by means of use of immunosuppressants Dexamethasone or CellCept. In patients at high-risk of allograft rejection CellCept systemic monotherapy given with the purpose of prevention significantly reduces the incidence of acute rejection: overall rejection- free graft survival was 62,7% and overall graft survival was 81,8%. The improved immunosuppressive treatment method was introduced in Keratoplasty department practice in The Filatov Institute. The sphere of application is medicine, ophthalmology.
