Dedicated the problem of a technical condition of the basic designs of brick buildings is considered which are maintained in usual both complex conditions. Are developed and are offered a method of an estimation of durability of a brick of a maintained design on cubic рiece selected from a design, method of an estimation of durability on a stretching at a bend a brick in a design, а method of an estimation of approach of a level of the intense condition of a maintained brick design to limiting, method of an estimation of a vertical pressure in a brick design. Methods tested in laboratory and natural conditions. The offered methods are introduced at inspection of public buildings
