Essay

In a thesis the definition of properties of clay swelling grounds, both refine-ment of computational methods of the foundation and buildings is carried out in view of singularities of these grounds and external environment. The laboratory and field researches on definition physical, physicochemical and mechanical characteristics of regional grounds are held. The definition of the intense and distorted status of a system "building- foundation-basement" in view of influence of a bloating of a ground is carried out for the calculated scheme as a beam on the elastic foundation, introduced Vlasov's and Leontiev's model, possessing swelling properties, and for which one the systems of the differential equations and their approximating by a method of finite differences for different cases of allocation of hardness of a beam and dampness of a ground and for the scheme are received, in which one the building is introduced a dimensional envelope, foundation - system of crossbar beams, and basement - separate members of terminating hardness and Vlasov's and Leontiev's model. Its solution is executed with applying of a finite element method with the help the PC "Mirage" and approximation method.
