Essay

Object:joint work of the "deformed building–piles as part of a continuous grille–soil base with a weak underlying layer" system before, during and after the supplying of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab under the existing grilles. Purpose:improvement of the constructive-technological decision of strengthening the driven prismatic piles' bases as a part of a continuous grille and the estimation of change of a stress-strain state (SSS) of the "deformed building–driven prismatic piles as a part of a continuous grille–soil base with a weak underlying layer" system due to the supplying of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab under the existing grilles by geotechnical monitoring and modeling by the finite element method. Methods:standard for determining soil properties; inspection of the technical condition of structures, their basis and foundations; acoustic to determine the length of the pile; methods of structural mechanics to determine the rigidity of building elements and its foundations; modeling by the finite element method; statistics; geodesic observations of building deformations. Novelty:the constructive-technological decision of strengthening the pile foundation is proved and improved step-by-step supply of reinforced concrete beams under the grilles, which are connected by transverse beams, and on top by a monolithic slab on a pre-compacted base, which takes into account the actual deformed condition of the building; this construction redistributes stress from uneven deformations of the base and has considerable rigidity at the minimum volume of groundworks; new experimental data were obtained about the SSS change of the "deformed building–driven prismatic piles as part of a continuous grille–soil base with a weak underlying layer" system due to the supplying of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab under the existing grilles. Results:the innovative constructive-technological decision of strengthening the driven prismatic piles' bases as a part of a continuous grille due to the supplying of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab under the existing grilles and the corresponding method of SSS assessment of the system "deformed building–driven prismatic piles as part of a belt grid–soil base with a weak underlying layer" before, during and after the grid of a ribbed reinforced concrete slab should be used in the reconstruction or overhaul of deformed buildings on pile foundations is developed; the system of geomonitoring and scientific and technical support of the "deformed building–piles as part of a continuous grille–soil base with a weak underlying layer" system before, during and after the supplying of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab under the existing grilles was improved and tested, its feature is the substantiation of the maximum possible values of additional disclosure of existing and places of emergence of new cracks. Branch:construction.
