In a thesis on the base of high-temperature X- ray diffractometry, Messbauer spectroscopy, complex tools of mathematical handling of experimental outcomes and simulation of physical processes the dynamic of relaxation - reduction processes in boron implanted epitaxial iron - yttrium ferrite - garnet films are investigated. The procedure of relaxation process parameters definition from X-ray datas is offered and the migration energies of radiation defects in garnet structure are calculated
