Dissertation is devoted to estimation of Socio-Economic effectiveness in personnel management of transport enterprises in Ukraine. Parameters for management has been set with the help of: well known methodical regulations concerning. Personnel Management structure in relation to basic Socio-Economic parameters, which influences the effective working of enterprises. We have developed procedures for evaluating personnel management structures using expert -static information. At the same time we have developed "formalized evaluation" of personnel Management of some Ukrainian Transport companies and have defined the direction of reform.
