The object is the investigation of the influence of dietary levels of lysine, methionine and threonine supplement to the diet of pigs, deficient on this amino acids on the growth intensity, the content of some metabolites and hormones in the blood, synthetic and energetic processes in the skeletal muscles and adipose tissue. The purpose is to investigate the influence of different levels of lysine, methionine and threonine in the diet of pigs of great white?landras race on the growth, protein synthesis in skeletal muscles and triacylglicerol synthesis in adipose tissue, metabolic and hormonal blood profile in order to difine more precisely the standart of amino acid nutrition during period up-growth and fattening. The methods and equipment are biochemical, radiological, zootechnical, spectrofotometr, automatic amino acid analisator, pH-metr, counter of (-radiation, counter of scintillation. The results - it was studied age peculiarities of protein metabolism in skeletal muscles and countent of productsof their catabolism in blood of pigs of great white?landras race, the influence of different different dietary levels of lysine, methionine and threonine during period of up-growth and fattening on the intensity of their growth, metabolic and hormonal blood profile, synthetic and energetic processes in skeletal muscles and adipose tissue. It was established optimum guantity of lysine, methionine and threonine in the diet of pigs of great white(landras race during period of up-growth and fattening. In order to improvement of metabolic processes and the growth in the organism of meat productivity pigs recommend to use all-mash with lysine, methionine and threonine supplement. The innovation - for the first time, the protein metabolism in the skeletal muscles, triacylglicerol synthesis in adipose tissue, metabolic and hormonal blood profile of pigs of great white(landras race at the different period of age, various levels of lysine, methionine and threonine in the diet were investigated. The new data about the lysine utilization in the protein and lipid synthesis, energetic processes in skeletal muscles, the glucose utilization in the lipid synthesis and energetic processes in adipose tissue of pigs under coudition in vitro at the different period of postnatal development, the connection of age changes of the intensity of this processes with changes of metabolic and hormonal blood profile were obtained. The dose-dependent stimulatory influence of lysine, methionine and threonine supplement to pigs diet on their growth, protein synthesis in skeletal muscles and inhibitory influence on lipid synthesis in adipose tissue, stimulatory influence on the production of anabolic hormones in the blood and inhibitory influence on the production of catabolic hormones and their content in the blood. The inculcation - obtained data will be used in the amino acid nutrition of pigs. The field is biochemistry, physiology, animal husbandry, nutrition.
