The object is ontogenetic peculiarities of protein metabolism in tissues of the geese and some factors of its regulation. The purpose is to research of ontogenetic features of synthesis and degradation of proteins in different organs and tissues of geese, the role of amino acids, glucose and fat acids in regulation оf these processes at different stages of bird development , the influence of different levels of protein and fat in diet on its growth and on metabolism of proteins in organism. The methods of research and the equipment - biochemical, physiological, zootechnical, spectrophotometer-16, the automatic amino acids analyzer AAA-Т339, Kieldal apparatus, photoelectrocolometer, pH-meter, densitometer, liquid scintillationary counter LKB, TECHNIKON RA-1000. The novelty: The systematic examination of of ontogenetic features of protein metabolism in the organs and tissues of geese at different stages of development, the influence of different contents of protein and fat in the diet of geese in the first months of life on the synthesis and degradation of proteins in the tissues and the intensity of growth geese in that period of life was carried out. The age dynamics of changes of the total contents of proteins, their aminoacid composition and the ratio of protein fractions in liver, skeletal muscles, skin and mucous of intestines of geese after transition from embryonal to postembryonal period was investigated. Sharp decrease of intensity of protein synthesis in about-mentioned organs and tissues of geese after hatching, its increase to 10-30-days of age and decrease in the period from 30- to 60-days of age was revealed. Sharp increase of activity of acid and neutral proteases in the investigated organs and tissues of geese after hatching and its decrease from 30- till 60-days of age, the increase of alanine aminotransferase activity after hatching and aspartate aminotransferase activity in the period from 30- till 60-days of age in organs and tissues of geese was revealed also. The much greateruse of phenyl alanine in protein synthesis in organs and tissues of embryos, than of adult geese, the greater use of carbon skeleton оf that amino acid in synthesis of lipids was established, in comparison with its use in energy processes in organs and tissues of geese. The relation between the contents of protein and fat in the diet of geese in the first months of life, the intensity of synthesis and degradation of proteins in skeletal muscles and intensity of their growth was established. The results - it is total and investigated the age changes of intensity of synthesis and degradation of proteins and substrate mechanisms of regulation of these processes, the contents of proteins, their amino acid composition the ratio of protein fractions in liver, skeletal muscles, intestinal mucous and skin of geese after transition from embryonal to postembryonal period of development. It is proved the increase of protein level in diet of geese to 20 % at intensive groving from 10- till 60-days age or the additionfat of 3 % to the diet with a protein level of 18 %. The inculcation - the obtained results will be used in preparation of recommendations from normalization of feeding of geese. The sphere - physiology, biochemistry, poultry farming and feeding.
