Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to mining sulfoferrite clinkers, a feature of a mineralogical structure of which is the contents of alite phase. The thermodynamic model of synthesis alitsulfoferrite clinker by the way of series basic chemical changes and phase transformations arranged in ascending order of temperatures of a chemical equilibrium is obtained. The technique of calculation of a composition of a raw mixture for obtaining alitsulfoferrite clinker permitting to receive its given mineralogical structure is designed. The technological parameters of a calcination of raw mixtures are established with the purpose of obtaining alitsulfoferrite clinkers of a given phase structure. The structures of astringent compositions are offered, which allow depending on quantity in them of alitsulfoferrite clinker and ratio of phases in them to receive nonshrinking and expanding cements.
