Skyba G. The basis of parametеrs of the effective granite ultrasonic Destruction with the use of chemical active substances

The thesis is dedicated to problem of definition and basis of pa-rameters of the effective granite ultrasonic destruction with the use of chemical active substances as the addition to the suspension of abrasive ( by other constant parameters ). On the basis of theoretical and experimental studies efficacy of the usage of synthetical deter-gent as the addition to the suspension of abrasive are substantiated. The effective concentration of synthetic detergent in the suspension of abrasive is determined as well as the diapason temperatures of suspension which can improve the quality of surface and increase the productivity of granite destruction as well as its resistance in the environment. On the basis of theoretical and experimental studies to increase water resistance of granite goods it is recommended to use siliconorganic substances at the final stage of ultrasonic processing. The thesis results allowed to improved the technology of granite ultrasonic destruction by the usage of chemical active substances as the addition to the suspension of abrasive.
