Essay

The work presents the results of investigation of the intrafamilial clustering and transmission of Helicobacter pylori infection and necessity of eradication in household members of the patients with chronic gastritis and duodenal ulcer disease. The occurrence of digestive disorders in household members of the patients proved the high risk of digestive disorders, associated with Helicobacter pylori. The all-family eradication treatment allows to avoid reinfection, intrafamilial clustering and transmission of infection and to reduce the risk of digestive disorders in the household members.The schedule list and results of the first-line eradication treatment are presented in the work.The using area is medicine.
