To forecast the products' properties the analysis of models of mechanisms of the electron beam processing influence on optical glasses superficial layers is realized. The effective techniques of ellipsometrical researches of these samples are carried out, the principles of the ellipsometrical express-control of surfaces quality of optical-electron glass payments, received as a result of electron beam processing.
