Lylyk O. Formation and Development of Intergovernmental Fiscal Relations in Ukraine

The thesis substantiates the conceptual foundations of the theory of intergovernmental fiscal relations and their organization. The process of formation and development of intergovernmental fiscal relations in Ukraine has been researched. Analysis of the main factors of formation and development of this relations has been conducted. The main stages and trends of formation and development their have been determined. The proposals regarding of intergovernmental fiscal relations further reformation with account of both the international experience and the peculiarities of present stage of development of Ukrainian economy have been elaborated.
