LYNOVYTs'KA O. The choice of antibacterial preparations in complex treatment generalized parodontitis of patients with peptic ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiarities of generalized parodontitis clinical course of the patients with peptic ulcer and the problems of substantiation, elaboration and evaluation of the complex drug treatment for parodontitis diseases of that category of patients.It was discovered that the indications, which characterize the parodont' tissues of the patients with peptic ulcer are various and depend on the duration, course of main disease, degree of the mucous membrane's infection by Helicobacter pylori. It was determined high degree of dessimination by anaerobic bacteria of parodontal pockets. The metod of complex treatment of generalized parodontitis, which includes preparations with marked antibacterial effects, such as gel Metrohyl Denta, liniment Miramystyn has been eluborated on the basis of clinical, laboratory and mycrobiological research. The given method presupposes treatment of peptic ulcer carried out by gastroenterologist. High efficiency of the proposed complex treatment has been corroborated by the results of clinical, laboratory mycrobiological and radiological research in short and long terms.
