Essay

Thesis is devoted to investigation of biological proporties of new interferon inductors of different origin and also to its modulation influence on non specific organism resistance under bacterial infections. It has been shown tha6t under mice experimental staphylococcus infection and calves gastrointestinal diseases insufficiency of immune response on pathogen is stipulated,first of all, by functional phagocyte activity reduce, and also to production of immune key mediators and organism inflamatory reaction: IFN and tumor necrosis factor. The dynamic of interferonogenic activity in vitro and in vivo of interferon inductors of type I derivates of gossypol Savrats, Ragosin and Kagotsel and a new MC preparation (molecular complex yeast RNA-tilorone) has been comparatively studied. It has been determined that Biphidim and Bacterin- SL probiotic preparations possess treating prophylaxis properties in gastrointestinsl diseases and are capable to IFN production stimulation in animals organism. On the base ofstudying of IFN induction cyclic fluctuation by cells of cattle peripheral blood one can draw the conclusion about expediency of immunomodulating preparations injection at night.
