Essay

Complex compound and conjugates of polysaccharides and synthetic polymers with proteins. Synthesis of new macromolecular compounds with properties of artificial vaccines on a basis of polysaccharides and modelling antigenes. Chemical synthesis, chromatography, spectroscopy, immunoenzymatic analysis, chromatograph, spectrophotometer. New stable water-soluble compounds - molecular complexes of polysaccharides with proteins were obtained. The opportunity of strengthening of immunogenety of proteins antigenes was shown by inclusion them in polysaccharide complexes. The created structures open prospect of their purposeful use as artificial vaccines. Sphere of use - bioorganic chemistry, medicine.
