Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiarities of immunity disorders in the patients with generalized parodontitis and elaboration of differentiated immunomodulation method in complex treatment of this disease. Clinical peculiarities of generalized parodontitis course, which depend on the character, depth and direction of changes of the main immunity indices, have been defined. Differentiated approach towards complex treatment of generalized parodontitis depending on the stage of immunity disorders has been proposed. Schemes for immunomodulation therapy in complex treatment of generalized parodontitis have been elaborated on the basis of the results of clinicoradiological, laboraty and immunological research. They include the usage of "Immunal" and phytoconcentrate "Dzherelo" at the first stage of immunity disorders, the usage of preparation "Biotryt" at the second stage and preparations "Nucleinat Natrium" and "Traumel C" at the third stage. High efficiency of the proposed complex treatmenthas been corroborated by the results of clinicoradiological, laboraty and immunological research in the short and long terms.
