Korneev Y. Administrative legal security personal safety of tax police

The purpose of the research is - theoretical-methodological substantiation of the bases of personal safety maintenance, the analysis of dangerous factors which influence the results of performance of service tasks, and also improvement of a legal protection of tax militia employees at performance of service duties. - Object of the research are public relations which influence personal safety and a legal protection of tax militia employees in their professional work. - Subject of the research are administrative and legal rules of professional work of tax militia officials, and also aspects which influence their safe activity. - Methods of the research. The theoretical substantiation of importance and necessity of studying of a problem of personal safety is carried out on a basis of testing of different categories of tax militia officials. There is the analysis of illegal actions which concern the tax militia officials. The existing problems are proved and the proposals on safety of workers are made.Thus general scientific methods were applied: dialectic, system and structural, economic and statistical, comparatively legal. The materials worked out as a result of thesis research were used: - In educational process at Tax Militia Department of the Academy of State Tax Service of Ukraine at teaching the subject "Labor protection in a field. Personal safety of tax militia officials". - As practical recommendations they were introduced into practice of employees of Tax Militia Department of the STA in Kiev. - Methodical supply concerning the realization of practical lessons in the subject "Labor protection in a field. Personal safety of tax militia officials" is worked out.
