The dissertation is concentrated into evidence of forms and methods of regulation and control of money market as well as realization of monetary-credit policy with the purpose of providing the stability of the national monetary unit - gryvnya.The object of research: management of Ukraine's money market The goal of research: the substantiation of organizational and economic measures, methods and instruments in providing the stability of Ukraine's national monetary unit. Methods of research and apparatus: economical-statistical, balance, rated-analytical,normative,expert valuations, technical analysis, economic and mathematical forecasting and modelling. Theoretical and practical results: the recommendations and propositions for improvements of management the Ukraine's money market and providing the stability of national monetary units are justified. The actuality of the infiltrated: 1. The concept of maintenance of stability national money units from the positions of pragmatical monetarism is justified for the first time.2. The methodology of usage of methods and instruments realization money-credit policy is improved.3. The methodical approaches of National bank's participation in management of the national debt with the purpose of providing national monetary unit are justified for the first time.4. The methodological approaches for modelling and forecasting the dynamic of the exchange currency rate.5.
