The object of research - the reform processes in social, political and cultural life of turks and Moslems people of Russian Empire. Тhe aim of research - the complex research of the role of newspaper "Terjiman" in propaganda and realization of reform processes in Moslem community of Russian Empire. Methods of research - methods: historical-genetic, historical-comparative, historical-typologic, of synchronization, structural-systematic, logic; principles: of historism, scientifity, objectiveness . Theoretical results and novelty - for the first time a complex research of overall ethnic, cultural and enlightenment issues of the development of many turk-speaking peoples, and mostly of Crimean tatars, was made. Practical results and novelty - the results of research may be used in writing of generalized works and monographic researches on History of Islam and turk-speaking peoples. The subject and the degree of inculcation - the materials of newspaper "Terjiman" and their role in reform transformation. Theeffectiveness of inculcation - in working out of general and special courses in high educational establishments. The sphere of use - in the sphere of organisind of cultural and spirit dialogue with peoples, which hear Islam confession.
