Koflan V. The legal bases of local taxation in Ukraine

Object - social relation of financial and juridical character which have an influence on the activity of executive power's organs in the sphere of local taxation; purpose - scientific elaboration and formulation of conclusions on improvement of legal regulation of local taxes and collections, formation of integral conceptual approach to local taxes and in Ukraine basing upon analysis of world practice, domestic experience, modern legislation; methods - dialectical, systematic analysis, enrichment, statistic, prediction, simulation; novelty - the first integrated research of theoretical problems of legal regulation of local taxes and collections in Ukraine; results - materials of thesis may be used in scientific and research, juridical and creative, educational, legal spheres.
