Goncharova O. Haemodynamic and metabolic index in menopausal women with 1 type diabetes mellitus

Cardial patology in menopausal women with 1 type diabetes mellitus. Cardial haemodynamic, lipid metabolism peculiarities and microalbuminurias prevalence in menopausal women with 1 type diabetes mellitus have been characterized. Clinical-laboratory, biochemical, immunoferment, ultrasound, statistical methods were used. Echocardiography has been done by "Siemens Sonoline SL-1"; lipid metabolism investigation has been fulfilled by the usoge of the biochemical analyzer photometer Cormay multy with diagnostic set of the same firm; microalbuminuria was investigated by immunoferments method using AIF-C-01C. Clinical peculiarities of climacteric syndromes in women with 1 type diabetes mellitus are characterized. Cardiohaemodynamic and lipid metabolism in peri- and postmenopause periods and the influence of the carbohydrate metabolism condition, hypertension, obesity and the usage of hormone replaced therapy of 6-12 months long on them and on microalbuminurias frequency have been identified. The results ofinvestigations have been used in Kharkov, Poltava, Sumy, Chernovtsy and Ivano-Frankovsk regions. Sphere of implementation - are endocrine, cardial and gynecology medical establishments.
