The dissertation includes results of inspectation of pathogenetic role of immune disturbances, intencity of lipoperoxydation process, functional status of antiradical protectors for evolution of chronic hepatitis combined with the pathology of biliary system and their influence for degree of severity of the disease.The possibility of pharmacological correction of hyperlipoperoxydation, immune insufficiency and disturbances of function of bile cyst and biliferous ducts with the help of "Erbisol" and "Kaleflon" was reasonable and proved. The schems of differential treatment with "Erbisol" and "Kaleflon" depending on severity of chronic hepatitis and combined pathology of biliary system were proposed.
