The investigation consecrate to study of influence of variety gashes of Helicobacter pylori (susceptibility and resistens to antibacterial therapy) on the clinical and therapy manifestation, morphological changes, system of hemostasis of patients with duodenal ulcers. In the manuscript the resistens gashes of Helicobacter pylori cause more dysfunction and morphological infraction in system of hemostasis and gastroduodenal area then resistens gashes of Helicobacter pylori are reviewed. The therapy with discount manifest infractions is high eradication effect and take of this infractions.
