The object is process of increasing wear resistant alloys for reconstruction stamps; the aims to elaboration wear resistance component saving alloys for rise lasting stamps and the development of their deposition technologies; the methods are theoretical-calculation and experimental: physics-mechanical, chemical, metal-grafic investigation, test wear resistant; the investigation between carbide phases in investigated alloys and structure, wear resistance has been-established in cosequence of the investigations carried out, the scientific work shows input way influence of carbides TiC (exogenic or endogenic) and hardfacing technologies on their distribution in a weld metal volume, the temperature influence on a wear rate has been shown on the basis the destruction mechanics criteria; production tests of built up by welding tool at Stock Company, "Svet Shahter", Kharkov and open Stock Company Artem Mash "Pobeda Truda", Artemovsk; the field is Mashinebuilding
