Essay

Problems considering legal regulation of holidays are revealed, the problems connected with realization of the right to holidays in Ukraine are analyzed and proposals on their resolving are advanced in the dissertation. Taking into consideration the norms of international and national legislation, the classification of holidays in Ukraine is given. The concept of holiday and its kinds is defined. The typical features of each kind of holiday are exposed. The norms of legal legislation of Ukraine, international-legal and normative acts of some foreign countries are analyzed in the research. The recommendations on the improvement of Ukrainian legislation are grounded.
