Essay

The object is condition of paranasal sinuses in patients with heavy craniocerebral trauma. The aims are to increase efficiency of diagnostics and preventive maintenance of nosocomial sinusitis in patients with heavy craniocerebral trauma. The methods of research are clinical, microbiological, morphological, immunological. The new approach lies in scientific explanation of diagnostic criteria of nosocomial sinusitis, etiological structure of its activators and the main parts of pathogenesis is established. The complex method of nosocomial sinusitis are established. Introduction of the method in clinical practice has allowed to lower a level of the specified disease in 2,3 times. The field of application is medicine.
