The object is political thought of Ukrainian inter-war emigration in Europe; the aim is making of descriptions of models of state building offered by emigration; the methods are analysis, synthesis, system approach, historical analysis, comparative, critically-constructive; novelty - are systematized the state conceptions, is carried their comparative analysis; the results - are exposed and analysed general and separate descriptions of state conceptions of inter-war period; implementation - embedded in educational courses of political science and of history of political Ukraine thought; the fields are political practice, professional preparation.
