3. In the weight Holder spaces it is proved the existence and uniqueness of the solutions to the following boundary value problems with the dynamical condition: the boundary value problem for Poisson equation and the initial boundary value problem for the heat equation in a plane corner; the boundary value problem for the elliptic differential equation of II order with smooth coefficients depending on time in a plane domain with a corner point; the nonlinear free boundary problem to the elliptic equation (Hele-Shaw problem) in case the initial domain contains the corner point.
