3. Object of probing - regularity of becoming, operation and development of financial and industrial groups. The purpose of dissertation operation is the development of principles and approaches concerning shaping forming financial and industrial groups in Ukraine and countries of Near East region, and also recommendations concerning improvement and development of medium forming Ukrainian International financial and industrial groups and countries of Near East region. Research technique: methods of the comparative analysis and generalizations; methods of the system and structurally functional analysis; methods of the statistical, economic analysis. The results: developed a scientific - methodical base of all process forming financial and industrial groupsin Ukraine and countries of Near East region; created the base for development in Ukraine of the scientifically reasonable strategy of foreign trade activities and, in particular, external economic expansion of the Ukrainian capital. The results of dissertation probing can be utilised at preparation of the educational programs, lectures and seminar occupations, manuals on disciplines "International corporation", "International economy", "Foreign trade activities", "Ukraine in global economy", and also as materials for control and course operations. Novelty the general regularities of becoming, operation and developments financial and industrial groups are systematized; the general-system fundamentalses of process of forming financial and industrial groups, which are the stock market and cooperation ties are determined; the possible directions of forming financial and industrial groups of Ukraine and countries of Near East region are determined; the recommendations concerning improvement and development of medium International financial and industrial groups in Ukraine and countries of Near East region are formulated. The recommendations complexly envelope all spheres of foreign trade activities of countries, including trade, industrial cooperation, generalbusiness, investment and innovation cooperation, scientific and technical cooperation, coordination of operations in the markets of the third countries, financial-credit relations, coordination of legislative base in economic sphere. Results: some results and recommendations utilised by Chamber of commerce and industry of Donetsk oblast of Ukraine, and also during a program design of a socio economic development of region on a period till 2010. Area of use: countries with transition economy.
