Yavorska G. Tuberculosis Micobacterium in modern conditions:bacteriology and imunologi

Dissertation is devoted to investigation of main biological peculiarities of micobacterium cultures, species Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which are obtained in contemporary situation.It is performed that increasing of polyresistant strains quatity is occured, especially in the strains which is isolated from town population. These strains have hidh virulenty and slowly growth on the nutrient mediums. The ensyme activity of some mycobacterium strains is defined depeuding of present resistance. It was shown that the greater growth of micobacterium culture is revealed in the case of repeated founded and chronic tuberculosis. The T-system changes and immunity changes are shown, especially among infected animals by resistant strains of M.tuberculosis during experimental infection. Fregnensy of periodical and insignificant isolation from observated pacients is fixed. It was carried out the structural and comparative analysis of desease level of tuberculosis with bacterioisolation among different Lviv region. The influence of quality of athmosphere air to the desease fregnensy is demonstrated.
