Essay

The results of investigations of interaction between microorganisms in summer barley root zone and biological agents of bacterial preparations are given in dissertation. The specific staff of micromycetes from meadow chernozem soil in summer barley root zone and their interaction with Chaetomium cochliodes - the biological agent of Chetomyk preparation have been studied. The new strain of nitrogen fixing bacteria Azospirilum brasilense 11 has been picked up. This strain is differ by its polyfunctional influence on summer barley plants. It has been shown that complex using of Chetomyk and A. brasilense 11 can limit the development of root rots, prove the nitrogen nutrition of summer barley which promote for increase of harvest on 24,5-27,7%.
