The object is international labor migration and the Ukraine’s place in this process; the aims to develop the mechanism of the using of the positive labor migration effects; the methods are theoretical analysis and synthesis, mathematical and statistical methods; the new approach lies in scientifically development of the international labor migration regulation mechanism, which is oriented on the intensification of the positive effects; results – the directions and facilities of the government support of business migrants activity in the migrants’ places of living are developed, in labour surplus districts of West Ukraine region are applied; the field is Economy.
