Alimov R. Procedures in Administrative Law of Ukraine: theory and practice

Purpose of the investigation is the elaboration of theoretical administrative procedures of administrative activity, grounds of procedures' possibilities and necessity of their differentiated influence on some spheres in cases of administrative offences and also working out of priority ways of development and reforming of main institutions of administrative law of Ukraine. Object - totality of social relations of administrative and judicial character which arise in a sphere of administrative activity and complex of administrative procedures regulating it. Subject - procedure and legal adjustment of administrative activity. Methods - generally scientific and special (analysis and enrichment), comparative analysis, simulation, programming, systematising and functional analysis. Approaches and conclusions concerning the procedures in administrative law of Ukraine may be used by scientific and state administration.
