Pigul' N. Dividend policy as a component of modern model of corporative development.

- The object of research is dividend policy of Ukrainian joint-stock companies in the terms of property transformation. The goal of research is development of methodological and methodical techniques of formation dividend policy. Methods of a research and equipment: index, groupings, normative, analytical, balance, component analysis, expert evaluations, monographic, statistical, economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: development of the methodical approaches to formation and realization of dividend policy as а component of modern model corporate development in Ukraine, the scheme of issue of the investment development bonds can be used in system of management state property. On the basis of joint stock companies' activity for the first time the scheme of issue of the state long-term investment development bonds is offered; the technique of account of maximum growth rate of corporations assets without additional external financing for corporations with unstable corporate structure is essentially advanced; the essence of dividend policy as a component of general economical strategy of corporations for effective realization property rights is developed.
