Essay

The object is the investigation of dynamics of endogenous intoxication and detoxication system changes in liver and in blood plasma of rats of different age under the cadmium chloride action and correction of these processes disturbance by means of propolis, combined action of propolis and enterosorbent "Fibrabeth", liposomes with manitol and cytochrome C. The methods of research and equipment are biochemical, photoelectrocolorimeter, spectrophotometer, pH meter, microscope. Innovation - it had been established, that the highest level of endogenous intoxication (increase of middle molecular peptides content and EP index) and decrease of intensity of the processes of microsome oxidation in healthy rats are observed in 18 months of age. In blood and in liver of animals under the influence of cadmium chloride the contents of middle molecules, erythrocytes intoxication index - markers of endogenous intoxication increase in all terms of investigation. Intoxication by cadmium effects essentially on the state of plasma and lysosomal membranes: in blood of animals of all age groups the activity of aminotransferases and acid phosphatases increase. Under the influence of cadmium chloride the essential disturbance of detoxication process begins, which is accompanied by the decrease of oxidation processes intensity in microsomes of hepatocytes - the decrease of demethylating and hydroxylating activity, the increase of urea concentration and general and conjugated bilirubin content in blood of animals of all age groups. The maximal changes were observed in young (3 months) and old (18 months) rats in early terms of intoxication. The propolis solution decreases the expressiveness of syndrome of endogenous intoxication, activates oxidation processes in microsomes of hepatocyites, that proves its hepatoprotected properties. Its use with "Fibrabeth" also reveals a normalized influence on animals with under thecadmium intoxication. Choline phosphatide liposomes with augmented level manithol and cytochrome C have also normalized effect on the membrane structures state and detoxication processes. The introduction of them promoted the decrease of toxic syndrome expression in animals of all age groups. The greatest effect of liposome introduction was observed in old animals. The inculcation - the result obtained will be used for further study and possible use of liposomes, propolis and "Fibrabeth" at toxic influence on organism of xenobiotics. The sphere - biochemistry, toxicology, pharmacology
